ExStack Commerce LLC sells physical DVD media and related home-entertainment products. We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately, including titles, editions, disc counts, region coding, and packaging condition. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the website are complete, current, or error-free.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the item you receive due to changes in studio packaging, cover art revisions, or display settings on your device. Where an item is described as "new" or "factory sealed," that description refers to the condition of the item at the time it was listed.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If a product you purchased is materially different from its description, your remedy is governed by the Returns & Refunds section below.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Sales tax, where required, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or pricing error, ExStack Commerce LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged and we cancel the order, we will issue a full refund of the incorrect amount.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize us to charge your order total, including taxes and any applicable fees, to that method. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by ExStack Commerce LLC. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not by itself constitute acceptance of your offer.

A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the ordered products to you or send you an email confirming that the products have shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, suspected fraud, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud- and credit-verification checks.

If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method. We may also limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

ExStack Commerce LLC ships and sells to destinations within the United States only, including U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, and we are unable to accept orders with a billing or shipping address outside the United States. Any order placed for delivery outside the United States will be canceled and refunded.

Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, and reshipment of such orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return of eligible items within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and, where applicable, unopened with any factory seal intact. Certain items may be non-returnable once opened, and any such restriction will be indicated on the product page.

To initiate a return, contact our support team using the contact form below with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error or a defective product.
